Make sure you do all your home inspections with Mike. He is an old school guy with new technology and provides the most thorough and complete home inspection not only for the price, but in general. He is very personable and friendly, will answer all your questions, offers a warranty, works with you even after the inspection, and does a very complete all around job. I don't write Google reviews. Mike doesn't solicit reviews from people. I genuinely wanted to get on here to recommend him because it can be very rough finding the kind of honest inspector you get in Mike. A diamond in the rough. Use USA Building Inspections! Thanks again, Mike!

Worked with inspector, Mike Simmons on a home I was looking at purchasing. I would 100% recommend him and this company to anyone. He was very thorough and did a great job pointing everything out and explaining things to a new home owner like me. I have since reached out to him since the inspection with questions and he has went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Awesome experience overall.

Working with Mike was phenomenal. He squeezed me in to do my home inspection in the short time frame I had while purchasing my new home. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. His inspection and report were very informative and detailed. I would definitely recommend his services and would use him again in the future.
